A Brief Introduction to MTFCE Project Teams
Multidimensional Treatment Foster Care in England is a nationally led, but locally implemented project aimed at improving outcomes for children and young people in care.
There are currently 13 MTFC-A and 6 MTFC-P pilots operating across England, and 8 MTFC-C pilots about to be set up, all having received start-up funding from the DCSF. The longest-established sites are now working towards certification with OSLC as accredited MTFC sites.
If you are interested in starting up an MTFC-A programme, please contact the National Team for consultation.
